In July 2025, the authoritative international journal Clinical Ophthalmology published a scientific article by specialists from SI "The Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine". The research was conducted in the Division of Laser Microsurgery and the of Studying Biological Action and Application of Lasers in Ophthalmology.

Title of the article: “Treat and Extend Regimen of Aflibercept in the Treatment of Type 1 Choroidal Neovascularization Secondary to Chronic Central Serous Chorioretinopathy: Three-year Follow-Up”.

✅ The publication presents a three-year experience in treating patients with Type 1 choroidal neovascularization (CNV) in chronic central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) using aflibercept under the Treat and Extend regimen.
