First visit and hospitalization

Initial appointment

At the first visit to the polyclinic of the Filatov Institute, it is necessary to issue a medical card in the front desk, which is in theconsultative polyclinic.

Adults (after 18 years old) should have:

  • Passport
  • Document certifying the right to privileges (disabled persons, participants in combat operations, participants of the Chernobyl disaster relief)
  • directions (if any)

Child (under 18 years old):

  • Passport of a parent
  • Certificate of birth
  • Benefits documents (lifelong disabled person, large family)

After registration:

  • Children under 6 years old are sent immediately to the doctor.
  • Children from 7 to 18 years are sent to the diagnostic complex (office № 8) for examination, after examination they will be sent to a doctor.
  • Adults after 18 years are sent to the diagnostic complex for examination, after examination they will be sent to a doctor.

After examination of the doctor and additional examinations, the patient is appointed a consultation of the heads of departments and senior scientists.

Consultations of heads of departments and senior researchers are held daily from 13:00.

On the second visit, you must have a coupon issued at the initial request.

Hospitalization

Tests required for hospitalization:

  • General blood test (valid for 7 days);
  • Blood glucose test (valid for 7 days);
  • Bloodplatelet test,coagulation analysis (valid for 7 days);
  • Urine analysis (valid for 7 days);
  • Feces analysis for helminth eggs (valid for 7 days);
  • Feces analysis for helminth eggs (for accompany) (valid for 7 days);
  • Intestinal culture test (children up to 3) (valid for 7 days);
  • Hbs-antigen (blood test) (valid for 7 days);
  • Rw (blood test) (valid for 7 days);
  • Rw (for accompany) (valid for 7 days);
  • Certificate of epidemiological environment (issued by primary care physician or pediatrician, valid for 3 days);
  • Polymerase chain reaction (pcr) is necessary for people with immunosuppression;
  • For other groups eia IgM;
  • Fluorography (valid for 1 year);
  • Cardiogram (valid for 1 month)
