The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by Resolution № 725 оf 14.07.2021 approved the Regulation on the system of continuous professional development of medical and pharmaceutical workers (further - Resolution № 725). The resolution was valid starting from January 1, 2022, but due to martial law, it was postponed to January 1, 2024. On September 29, 2023, the Government adopted the Resolution № 1036 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 29.09.2023 "On Amendments to the Resolution № 725 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 14, 2021». The document improves the conditions for continuous professional development activities for healthcare workers. In particular, regulatory and legal regulation will allow employees to improve their skills more efficiently, as well as to introduce the functionality of the electronic CPD system.
