Refractive Errors and Disorders of Binocular Vision: Join Our Internship Programme

The SI “Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy of the NAMS of Ukraine” invites ophthalmologists, pediatric ophthalmologists, and specialists working with patients with visual impairments to participate in the 72-hour training course entitled ‘Refractive Errors of the Eye and Binocular Vision Disorders’.
The internship programme combines up-to-date lectures, clinical case discussions, practical sessions, and patient examinations under the guidance of leading specialists of the Institute.
The programme covers
- Refractive errors in children: diagnosis, classification, and modern methods of correction;
- Strabismus, disorders of binocular vision, accommodation, and stereopsis
- modern methods of treating amblyopia, orthoptic-diploptic therapy and prismatic correction;
- electrophysiological examination methods, practical work in the operating theatre and patient consultations.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of advanced professional training.
