From January 15 to 17, 2025, the significant Cairo Retinal Meeting – 2025 took place in Cairo, Egypt.

The Cairo Retinal Meeting featured lively discussions and fostered a warm and friendly atmosphere. Regional and international experts participated, presenting engaging reports on modern trends in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery. They shared their top-notch experience and skills in implementing new concepts for diagnosing and treating various diseases, as well as the latest updates in the field.

The achievements of the Department of Retinal and Vitreous Body Pathology of the State Institution "The Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" were showcased in three presentations. The reports were by the Head of the Department, MD Mykola Mykolaiovych Umanets and Ph.D Zoya Anatoliivna Rozanova.

The reports generated interest and enthusiasm among the conference participants.
