On June 28, our country celebrates one of its most important national holidays. It was on this day, 30 years ago, in 1996, that the Constitution of Ukraine was adopted.

For many decades, the V.P. Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy of the NAMS of Ukraine has remained one of the leading scientific and clinical centers of Ukraine. The Institute faithfully fulfills its mission to preserve and restore vision, introduce innovations, and advance Ukrainian ophthalmology.

The staff of the Filatov Institute works every day for the development of Ukrainian medical science. The Institute provides high-quality ophthalmic care and trains specialists. Its work is guided by the principles of legality, professional responsibility, and respect for human rights.

On this festive day, we wish everyone peace, good health, prosperity, professional achievements, unity, and faith in a strong, independent, and successful Ukraine.
