As of May 28, 2025, the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine № 650, issued on April 16, 2025, has been officially registered and enacted. This order approves a new Procedure for the Certification of Healthcare Professionals and introduces amendments to several existing regulatory documents.

✅ Key Updates:

🔹 A revised approach to the certification of doctors, pharmacists, and other specialists.

🔹 A new system for maintaining an educational portfolio and accruing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points.

🔹 Transitional provisions for professionals who worked before and after June 6, 2022.

🔹 Certification renewal will take place six months after the end or cancellation of martial law.

🔹 From July 1, 2025, new criteria for CPD point allocation will be implemented.
