Announcement on the Election of the Director of the Institution
In accordance with Resolution No. 12/17 of the Bureau of the Presidium of the NAMS of Ukraine dated June 17, 2026, the following candidates have been admitted to participate in the competition for the position of Director of the SI “V.P. Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy of the NAMS of Ukraine”:
• Serhiy Volodymyrovych Katsan,
• Levon Rubenovich Nikogosyan,
• Oleksiy Oleksiyovych Putiienko.
The election of the Director of the SI “V.P. Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy of the NAMS of Ukraine” will take place on July 2, 2026 (Thursday).
Election hours: from 09:00 to 15:00.
Election venue: Frantsuzkyi Boulevard 49/51, Odesa, 65015, Main Building, Conference Hall, 3rd Floor.
We invite all research staff of the Institution to take an active part in the election of the Director of the SI “V.P. Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy of the NAMS of Ukraine”.
Please, ensure that you bring a valid identification document.
• The deadline for submission of applications for accreditation of observers representing candidates, observers from civil society organisations and representatives of mass media is 16:00 on June 23, 2026.
