NRFU and Science Europe to Host Webinar on Financial Management of Research Projects
The National Research Foundation of Ukraine (NRFU) and Science Europe (SE) invite scientists and researchers to participate in the fifth joint webinar, which will take place on 25 September 2026.
Webinar topic:
“Financial Management of Research Projects: From Grant Application Submission to Successful Project Implementation”
The event will focus on current issues related to the financial management of grant and research projects at the stages of preparing a grant application and implementing a project.
During the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about:
- budget planning for a research project;
- management of grant funds and expenditures;
- preparation of financial reports;
- modern approaches to the financial management of research projects;
- practices and rules applied by European organisations that fund and conduct scientific research.
The panel discussion will address practical approaches to the financial management of research projects, as well as issues related to improving financial reporting and monitoring systems. Particular attention will be paid to how research institutions can provide more effective support to researchers in managing the financial aspects of their projects.
