Method of intraoperative monitoring of intraocular temperature

of Ukraine", developed a way of
intraoperative monitoring of intraocular temperature. This method is simultaneous measurement and display online of intraocular temperature and temperature of irrigating solution at all stages of main ophthalmologic surgical interventions (cataract surgery, vitrectomy), due to use of the multi duct thermoelectric device, that contain s thermopair measuring microsamplings.
The offered way on
the basis of use of the thermoelectric device for measurement and registration
of intraocular temperature is perspective for registration of intraocular
temperature.The offered way has a number of advantages overwell-known
world analogues, namely high precision of measurements (± 0.05 °C) due to use of the thermopair measuring microsamplings , that were made of polytetrafluorethylene with low thermal conductivity.
